MY FIRST THOUGHTS ON APOCALYPSE BRINGER MYNOGHRA EPISODE 1? #anime #animeshorts #shorts

All right, anime fans. Have you seen the first episode of Apocalypse Bringer Manogra? I did because as of July 6th, it officially released on Crunchyroll. But I got to say, the colors and scenes were kind of underwhelming for me. I mean, just from the lighting in this main cover alone, I figured they would go more in on the fantasy ethereal feel that the original series seemed to portray. But I don’t know if it’s just me, but something just seemed to be very flat. Although, you know, not every aspect of animation is going to be 10 out of 10 all the time. And I’ve read through the manga, so I know there’s a ton of scenes that are action, right? So, by all means, they should have plenty of stuff to work with moving forward with the rest of the season. But even in this first episode, there wasn’t a lot of motion to the animation. I mean, when an anime takes a scene from the show and they immediately pan from like different people’s perspectives to kind of look on what they’re doing. I feel like it’s one thing to do it like in a celebration or later on when you’ve done like big events in the series, but to do it in the first episode is just really questionable for me because I feel like usually it’s the opposite. You want to be like, “Oh, it’s the first episode. Let’s go all out so we get the viewers in and they keep watching.” I mean, think about it like that. I’m actually remembering the Uzumaki episode where they did just that. The first episode was really good and then everybody went forward with the other episodes and they were like, “Hold up. This isn’t the same.” Hopefully, it’s just cuz they’re saving up for the great action scenes, but who knows? I’m definitely going to keep watching until the end of the season to see how it turns out because I really enjoyed the manga, but I don’t know how it’s going to end up.
