Thailand and I wanted to make today’s video because of three factors firstly
the search in covid cases is being seen in Thailand secondly
regarding the weather, you know right now it is a very low season and the third thing is that
recently there has been a conflict between Thailand and Cambodia
and there is a war like situation so should you travel to Thailand or not, have you made a plan
or not, you should see my advice in this video before proceeding further I request you

right now from June 2025 onwards ah a very
significant search in covid cases has been seen here I don’t believe in sharing
figures because the figures can be wrong some say more some say less
the reality is that just last when I On June 4, at that time,
20,726 new cases of Covid were reported within a single day, which if you see, the total number of cases for
this year is actually 35,124. Apart from this, the affected regions
where more Covid cases are coming are Bangkok, the first one in which 1,324 cases
have come recently, then Nothana Bori is a province in which thousand cases have come
, Saburi, where also thousand cases have come, that is, wherever we go to Pattaya, thousand cases
have come, there is a place called Sara Buri, where also thousand cases have come and Rachna Buri,
which is called Rachna Buri, 946 cases, that is, around 1,000 cases have come here. The age
limit is actually affecting children less, but it is affecting people who are 30 years up to 60
years and above, more. This variant, this
variant is called NB181, is right now, it is only in Thailand.
It has not been identified. It has already happened
in 22 countries and especially it is more in South East Asian countries. I have just
returned from a trip to Europe. There is no news or panic or cases related to Covid cases there
as much as is coming in South East Asia right now. So you should plan accordingly whether
you want to go on trips to South East Asia or not. Now
even the Philippines is visa free. Now this variant is
quite infectious. It has a lot of mutations and its transmission is very
high. So if seen, it is infectious but according to recent reports,
no severe symptoms or death cases have come out in this. So
it is still fine that even if you are travelling, there is no need to panic
but there are precautions that you should take. Now let’s talk about travelling.
The flights are operating on their schedule. Are there any quarantine procedures or
testing requirements from Thailand or now? Recently,
there is no order from any country in South East Asia for domestic travel and international travel
. The health authorities are just saying that keep monitoring this situation
and just take some precautions. What is happening in Thailand right now is that the crowd has reduced
due to low season and heavy rainfall. So there is also the scare of Covid here, due to which
if you see in Thailand right now, there is not much crowd of people or tourists or
general people, but people do not wear masks. Very few people
are wearing masks there, as far as I am getting to know from my sources.
If I talk about public health measures, the government is just saying but right now people are not following
that thing. So wearing face mask is fine and maintaining your hygiene etc.,
do not come in contact with many people, that is, you should avoid
contact, especially the elderly individuals need to be careful here.
If you are symptomatic, then you have to stay at home or stay in a hotel. If
someone is due for booster vaccination, they should get it, but it is not mandatory
They have not included anything in the guidelines that booster vaccination
is needed. Now you just have to monitor that thing. If any new guidelines come, not updated, then we
keep telling you through videos, so we will inform you if any such
change comes but as of now everything is normal, the only thing is that you need you got to take
precautions, that’s it. Then after this, if I talk a little about the weather, it
is raining a lot, that is, you can assume that if I talk only about Bangkok, the capital, then
within 5 days, it is raining for three to four days and it remains cloudy for two days.
So if it happens, you know, then it becomes humid. If it does not rain,
then the weather is like this but you can expect a lot of rainfall
in this season. So you just plan according to if you have already made a plan, you can go, but
I think in that case I would suggest you to stay there for more days,
it will be a little better because it is possible that some of your days may be bad. In the meantime
, the next thing is very very urgent to tell you that is the Thailand Cambodia border
conflict. It has escalated a lot. The situation at the border is not good at all.
And I am telling you this through the words of a local. Okay, I have
told someone who is a local from there and he runs a hospitality business near the border
and he has clearly told me that his business is being closed for the time being.
In fact, all the businesses are being closed there. Thai people who
cross Cambodia to work or come from Cambodia to Thailand are all being removed.
Okay, so mainly the restrictions that are there, the thing to understand here is that
the borders are open for locals and foreign travelers but there is no time for the borders to
open and close. There is no guarantee of when this will happen or when it will
not. This problem will remain here. So actually on May 28,
there is actually a conflict, that is, Chang Bok. There is an area where a Cambodian soldier
was killed accidentally and because of this a big dispute happened there.
So the problem here is that you have to be very careful and always stay
informed about the border status. They have not stopped foreign travelers.
The problem is that you will have to check whether the border
is open or not today because there are many borders where restrictions
have been imposed, in fact they have been imposed on all the borders. So you can see what is happening now,
the fight that is going on between them, Cambodia wants to escalate this matter to the
International Court of Justice, but Thailand is saying that no, we believe in the
negotiation and you can talk about formal negotiation, but this is not happening, Cambodia is
not agreeing to this fact and because of this there is a lot of dispute here and I
will personally tell you that whatever I have come to know , soldiers
have been deployed there. Tyres and sand etc. are being sent to make bunkers and this
is all real given the current situation there, so I
don’t advise you on a personal level to cross the land border, nor
can I tell you which border is open or closed. This is something to be understood,
buyer, you can probably travel, as there are no restrictions on foreigners, but
you have to get in touch with the airlines, you have to get in touch with the airlines, know the advisories and
current status, only then you can travel. There are a lot of airlines, I cannot tell you about them
