To differentiate b/w Seiryu and Uryu, I just see who is talking more i.e. Seiryu. Its kinda like the twins from Blue Lock Season1 if you remember (I forgot their names but they were in Niko's team)

Note the parallelism with Tsubaki saying 'You poor thing' and Ume in S1E8 towards Choji saying 'What a shame." Also with Ume sharing the 'joy of eating' and Tsubaki with his 'joy of loving'. I feel like this is going to be a recurring theme with Ume and the Four Kings.
