EP2 of GQuuuuuuX (2025) re-enacts scenes from EP3 of Mobile Suit Gundam (1979) where the RX-78-2 Gundam first launched with a catapult. The main difference is that Char Aznable (シャア・アズナブル) is the one piloting it instead of Amuro Ray (アムロ・レイ).

Since the Earth Federation lost the One Year War, it wouldn't be a surprise if they had spent years of rebuilding their forces and develop new mobile weapons before striking back against Zeon and retake the Colonies under their control once more.
They would even form the Titans as their Dawn of Fold-type special forces unit as the vanguard.
I mean if Zeon was able to make a comeback in form of Axis Zeon after losing the One Year War in the main UC timeline, so can the Federation in G-QuuuuuuX timeline.

妹じゃなくて兄貴がホワイトベースに乗ってるの笑うw。
初代ガンダムをほぼそのまんまオマージュしてて興奮した特にＣＭ入る時の(シューウ！)をジークアクスで聞いたときもうため息出るレベルで耳が幸せやった！
現代のアニメって、あ、声優さんが声当ててるなってのが丸わかりで、画とは別のものになってしまって脳に認識される。
分かるかな？この感覚。
1stは即座に物語に入れるんよ。アムロが喋ってるって。声優とか関係ない。アムロが喋ってるって思って観られる。
ジークアクスの方、カタパルト加速中に姿勢がグッと低く前のめりになっていって射出時の躍動感が凄い！
