[FULL] Alka Tale – Summer Pockets OP (Episode 1 ED) – Piano Arrangement [Synthesia]

Hello everyone! I’m back for my monthly upload, this time going back to an arrangement that has been sitting and waiting for this very day: Alka Tale, from Summer Pockets! For those of you that are unaware, the OP/ED used in the anime are songs that were also used in the original visual novel, so they have been out for quite a while. I wrote this arrangement a while ago in anticipation of the release of the anime, and today is the day!

Summer Pockets is a beautiful visual novel by Key (who is also behind other legendary works such as Clannad) and I strongly recommend those who are interested in VNs to give it a try. If not, I really hope the anime does this story justice, and I am really looking forward to the remaining episodes!

The song itself isn’t very inspiring, but the first few seconds of piano intro really gets me every time. So much so, that I decided to add it to the end as well 🙂

A: All my arrangements can be played if you can reach a 10th (C to next octave E). If there is a stretch that seems longer than that, consider using the other hand, or possibly the sustain pedal! Keep in mind that my Synthesia videos are based on my sheets, so the colours may not match the hand it’s supposed to be played with.
