After watching the trailers I had expectations for this show and I was still blown away by how good it was
Style feels like arcane
They showed countless trailers of characters and the animation we should be expecting
I genuinely feel the passion that went into this and I personally feel like this quality will last till the very last second of the final episode

I'm gonna be honest, the animation is a visual marvel but the pacing is really much to be desired. Besides the visuals and the cool action, I feel like there really isn't much of a reason to connect with any of the characters (worst of all, I couldn't really care much about the twist or the main character). Maybe it'll be fixed later in the series and this is just the limitations of the first episode and the need to cram as much information as possible.

Here is the reason Nice killed himself: 1, Nice is a sign of pefect hero, and Nice is also a caged "Pefect" bird by people's trust (Check Nice's PV) 2, People's trust are making Lin ling become Nice. For exp: change his body, change his voice, change his eye colour. Also, More trust = more power. What about those trust will change his mind after changed his body? To make him want to do everything pefect, and make him not himself anymore. 3, The dead Nice is on the edge of losing himslef, so he made a decision to kill himslef. In the end of EP1, Miss J said he made his own decision, and one day you will need to make your decision as well.

This video kind of demonstrates what I was a bit worried would happen due to the Japanese dub releasing so soon alongside the original Chinese version…and that’s people getting confused because others call it an anime so they think it’s from Japan.
It’s actually a donghua from China!!
This is why I recommend watching it in the original Chinese language version; it’s really good. ^^
Aniplex coproduced it alongside Bilibili, aka gave money, which is why the Japanese dub came out at the same time.
But a behind-the-scenes video from Aniplex even shows that the series was animated in multiple Chinese cities.
I get that people will say anime is just the Japanese term for animation so it doesn’t really matter, but the fact that people get confused is why I prefer to keep it clear.
Especially since it can help weed out the sinophobe anime fans faster.
