This show was honestly a nice fresh one for this anime and quite unique for villainess anime.
The story, the characters, the pacing and the entire premise was excellent. Music and animation was only thing that is subpar but thankfully everything else carried it out. Especially the dad and his interactions with everyone else.
Sadly, as much as I wanted Season 2 I doubt we will get it anytime soon giving how anime covered 99% of released manga so far. Manga being the original medium for this series and being released since 2020 needed 5 years go get to the current point in the storyline. They may decide to do S2 anyway by asking the author how to advance it but I would prefer to wait until manga advances the story to the point it can have another season.
For me personally, this anime is 10/10. For everyone else I can see a solid 8/10. Great show, absolutely deserves another season.
So… Jaqueline wrote the play to communicate to Grace, that she changed her place with Kenzaburo so she could learn other perspective of life. And she cannot see her, because if she does the spell would break? Did Jaqueline went through something similar?
I recommend checking out "im the evil lord of an intergalactic empire" anime I've been reading the manga since it came out and was pleasantly surprised to find it had an anime

The fact that the mom is responsible for this and apparently doesn’t want it to stop, considering her daughter is currently trapped in a mind cage and all she needs to do is touch her body to let her out of the mind cage, tells me she’s either a well-meaning villain, or that orb is pulling strings.
Mother knows, thats why she didnt see Grace(dad) or else the spell would break and the memes would end, but for what porpuse they keep it like that I got no idea 😂
You didn't give a 7 to a villainess series, you gave a 7 to a DAD series.

This was definitely one of the most unexpected shows this season, but I ended up enjoying each episode every week.

At first I thought Jacqueline (Grace’s mom) was like Kenzaburo’s wife or daughter somehow in the game, but seeing them on the couch right after threw out that theory. She seems to look super young too… maybe she has some kind of eternal youth magic. I hope they have a second season to reveal the mysteries surrounding both Grace and Anna’s mom (she must be a former noble/aristocrat).

This show was the unexpected dark horse of the season, and the one I enjoyed the most every week XD
You KNOW when she said it was just the begging, their will be a season 2. What's more, i need to buy merchandise from this anime is i wanna help it get that season 2 since that's the incentive.
