450D means Level A abrasion resistance, which is unacceptable, even for in-town/city riding let alone at B road or highway speeds. The price point is also crazy for what's effectively a nylon mesh shell. When is this race to the bottom with respect to actual protection in riding gear going to stop? And it's not just A-stars that's guilty, with other major brands also putting out endless examples of 'A' rated items. I'm sorry but I like my skin on my body, not smeared across the asphalt.
