心の奥底に潜む「何か」が動き出し、私を侵食します。
いつも目に見えないその存在は、私を狙う「モンスター」のようです。
恐怖や不安で身動きの取れない日々。
けど私の心には一つの決意が生まれました。
「このモンスターを敵としてではなく、友達として迎え入れよう！」
モンスターはただの恐れではなく、共存すべき存在へと変わっていきました。
私のように恐怖や不安に包まれた人々がこの曲を聴き、心の中のモンスターと一緒に踊り歌い仲良くできることを願います。”

Message from Airi-
“I have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder. One day, while on my way to the studio in the car, I was suddenly overwhelmed by anxiety. ‘Will I have to live with this bipolar disorder for the rest of my life?’ Something deep inside me began to stir, slowly consuming me. This invisible force always feels like a ‘monster’ hunting me down. But within my heart, a decision was born: ‘I will not see this monster as an enemy, but as a friend!’ The monster transformed from mere fear into something I must coexist with. I hope that people who are surrounded by fear and anxiety can listen to this song, dance and sing with the monsters in their hearts, and learn to befriend them.”
