Ranma 1/2 Neighborhood Combat Advertisement
This is a 1992 advertisement for the the fighting game “Ranma 1/2 Neighborhood Combat” (らんま1/2 町内激闘篇/Ranma 1/2 Chounai Gekitouhen) for the Super Famicom by Masaya. The game was re-skinned as “Street Combat” in the West from Irem, removing the Ranma 1/2 characters for generic original characters.

Of course that Ran-chan showering image was an essential part of the game's story
I'm pretty sure there's a very good and logical reason that picture (or cel) of Female Ranma showering was included in this commercial.
Oh, the classic (questionable?) Ranma fanservice. It just isn't Ranma without it (for better, or for worse).
