Jun’s Opinion:
A 6.5. It’ll probably be higher once Season 2 comes around but at this stage, it deserves an above average score cause honestly I really enjoyed the whole concept of showing the office work environment and the differences between corporations.
Anime Series I would recommend:
– Witch Craft Works
– Yozakura Quartet
– Rental Magica (If you want a super darker version of working magicians)
– Fate/kaleid liner Prisma☆Illya

If you like magical girls, you should totally check out Puella Magi Madoka Magica and Sailor Moon as those are the classics that set the standards for magical girl anime. Madoka Magica expanded on the concepts and more mature themes of Sailor Moon and explored a darker side of it. Sailor Moon is one of the most influential anime of all time and almost every magical girl anime after it was directly or indirectly influenced by it. It also influenced fantasy romance and popularized the concept of fated lovers. SM also created the team of magical girls which would be seen in most series following it. It seems that 2010s-2020s magical girl anime series are mostly parodies of the genre or the magical girls work in companies or for the military. I think it's a more unique approach as it also gives social commentary on Japanese company/work culture.
