Every girl knows her hair is what makes her her. That's why we take care of it and style it to match our personality. As that girl said, Alicia didn't do that, Jane did. That girl never said she looks up to or idolizes Alicia. Jane's upset because that girl admires Alicia and not her puppet master. Or should we say, Liz? As we see they are so jealous of Alicia. Liz is jealous because one Duke likes Alicia. Alicia is more of a saint than Liz will ever be. Jane is jealous and hates Alicia because of Liz. She can't stand anyone who doesn't like or likes Liz like her. Jane did this herself. She's lost all her self respect and dignity because of Liz.
