Oh my LORD the beauty in this song. I can feel it in the piano. Those first chords / keys are literally tears. It's the tragedy of Romeo (Shin) and Juliet (Mio). I can't believe how it went from such a Rom Com Harem vibe with Kurumi sort of hoarding all dark storyline moments off screen from happening — All of the spirits and their dates – the game vibe of date choices of: Sweet & Genuine, Shy / Quiet, or Confident / Kinky – it went from such a light hearted funny story to SOOOOO DARK!!! The darkest thing I think before this was Origami's backstory and her almost Eren Yeager level hatred for spirits which was cured by Shido both from traveling back in time to dating her now. Dude has a harem but he was robbed of his literal soul mate who divided her soul into the others and now he can't just stop loving them all for the sake of a literal past life. I can't side with Mio but I can't argue against her either after she explained it perfectly; she couldn't save him as he was, she couldn't just forget him, and she couldn't even hope to die one day to forget or reunite in another life, so she did unspeakable / forbidden things to the innocent and is willing to bear it on her own to get back what she lost. It's a great story but MAN did it flip a switch with it's story tone when Mio shows up. This is what would happen if Juliette couldn't die with Romeo.

The Outro is the best one out of the entire series. As well as the intro. So much work paid off. I love all that this show has to offer. It was the best romance anime ever. I hope the creator considers making a sequel or prequal or an in-between story. Maybe the years she made the spirts and their background. Or the full story of shido and shido only. From him being born up until now.

En mi opinión Mio no lo considero un mal antagonista pero su redención requería mas desarrollo y se sintió muy apresurada pasamos de un capitulo donde masacro a todas las chicas a otro donde solo porque tenia un enemigo en común a ayudarlas además su sacrificio literalmente hizo que el plan que tenia de 15 años no sirviera de nada, su final fue muy emotivo por que demostró que un quería a Shiji la verdad lo que me pareció mas triste es que nunca reconoció a Shido como su hijo ni siquiera en sus últimos momentos, la serie dejo muchas incógnitas que claro la novela las abarca mejor sin duda un anime que empezó como una comedia con un final no tan malo pero que aun no responde todo lo que debería.
At first I didn't like it.. But idk why, it grew on me and now I listen to it always.. Great job 'sweet arms ' sad that this anime has ended. I have been a fan of this anime franchise for like 8 to 10 years.
