  1. Thanks for the upload! That song really gave me chills in the trailer and cAnON is one of my favorite vocalists, especially when she collabs with Sawano 🙂

  2. Kaikabutta kijou no ron narau
You pretend to know the story
    But you were wrong
    Gishin anki no koubousen
I don’t wanna be fooled again
    Gizensha fuzei wa doitsu da?

    Got a killer in me
    I got a skeleton
    Get away
    I don’t need a good Samaritan
    Tayumu kuchimoto ni misukashita
    Tadayou genei ga kudasu saihai
    The walls have ears
    Don’t even breathe
    Damaru sentaku nado toranai

    So get the justice

    Don’t you fake it now?
    Don’t just take a bow
Utsurou jittai no gou moyasu sankuchuari wa nai
    Don’t you fake it now?
    Don’t just take a bow
    Buri kaesu itami goto
    Drink your justice

    Hell, just beat your enemy
Yurushi wo kou you ni sashidasu gurou no Evidence
    But this spirit doesnt break
    Just beat your enemy
Jasui wa shitsuyou ni mushibande iku Providence
    But this spirit doesnt break

    Shuutai mo suuhai mo
Sarashita egumi wa on and on
    Vicious lies
    Fear makes them strong
    You came here

    So get the justice

    Don’t you fake it now?
    Don’t just take a bow
Inga no ouhou ga kakinarasu katasutorofii no nega
    Don’t you fake it now?
    Don’t just take a bow
    Buri kaesu itami goto
    Drink your justice

    So just beat your enemy
Yurushi wo kou you ni sashidasu gurou no Evidence
    But this spirit doesnt break
    Just beat your enemy
Shuuchaku wa koumyou ni mushibande iku Providence
    But this spirit doesnt break

  3. I assume the skeleton is in her closet, but as written it's just like… yeah, lady, everybody does.

  4. I could NOT understand what she was saying except for the english parts. What I mean is, I couldn't exactly recognize it as Japanese either. I took only a few years of Japanese and although I'm nowhere near fluent, I usually pick out a few things I can understand but this really stumped me for some reason. Was it an accent? I'm not sure. Neverless, this song is AWESOME. My favorite was seeing the small clip from the music video on twitter and seeing Sawano Hiroyuki on the piano jamming out hard during the song as he played.

  5. 페스페…소설로 거의 다 읽어가는대 진짜 애니메이션 오프닝 듣자마자 소름쫙돋았습니다….사랑해 타입무운!!!!!!!!!!!

  6. Im lterally screaming every time I hear Sawano in anime, especially when it's Laco singing

  7. Between this song and the Enuma Elish showdown between Gil and Enkidu, this trailer been craaaaaaaaazy. Can't wait for summer now

  8. Honestly the lyrics of this song really do sum up the themes of Strange Fake really well. Every single character shows why they put their ideals and morals on the line for this war, even if they have to find that reason midway through. And this song talks about how your ideals, your justice, isn’t something you can simply fake.
Richard has to learn why he wants to protect Ayaka, but once he does he’s one of the most resolved people in the war.
Faldeus’ servant literally says if he strays from his own ideals he will execute him.
Every single chapter with Flat leading up to the midpoint of the story where the game changing event happens is filled with comments about how Flat could’ve been the best mage in the Clock Tower if he didn’t have the morals, ideals, and mindset he does.
Time and time again this story shows why an individual finding and sticking to their ideals matters much more than any fight, any wish, or any standing.
And I think this song captures that perfectly.

In particular the song is calling out someone for being a hypocrite, and there’s only one character who is really called out for that in the story, and that’s Jester.
Even the anime can’t give the guy a break when animating the part where he wasn’t getting clowned on by everyone for being a hypocrite LMFAOOOOO

  9. Listening to this as I farm embers for Muramasa. Now I cant stop help the song is too good.
