Kanoko is one of those characters who you just not know what to feel… She has a more spiteful attitude to people she doesn't know and the people she wished to be like, while Mitsuki is more righteous and is honest to a fault. While Mitsuki didn't let loneliness change anything about her personality, except maybe her fear of abandonment, Kanoko's loneliness has caused her to hate people because she is more affected and blames everyone for it… She is partial to Hime a lot but it has it's justifications, and she used to hate Hime at the start too… Kanoko also innately thinks that the only reason Hime ever approached her in the first place is due to her experience with Mitsuki, which explains more of her over possessive nature. In the end, because of that Hime ended up saying that Kanoko reminded her of Mitsuki, while Kanoko finally asserted that they were nothing alike. Honestly I love complex characters like her a lot and she is a really well written character. And yeah her villain arc is quite riveting… Cus people like her are the last people in the cast you would expect such delivery from.
