Animation great, characters great, drawing fantastic, story line still feels like watching cut scenes, good thing for back stories and flashback. Story still doesn't flow right but over all love the Anime.

They forgot to mention that not only were Makoto's students nerfed via equipment, but makoto also gave each of them a pretty big restriction to prevent them from going all out.

As someone who only watches the anime I’ll be honest this episode was a real disappointment for me. The man from the guild was correct, Makota is naive. Like he said makota is more concerned about bumming around. He barely checks on the Demi plane he doesn’t do that much work with the trading company, they did the tired trope of sending him to an academy and teaching so we now have a full season of him teaching kids instead of worrying about the other shit. He was being naive and ignorant and then cracked under the pressure and told the guy his transportation method of teleportation. When he goes bipolar he’s strong but when he’s not in serious mode he easily got pressured and he crumbled. Really took my liking of the character down a notch.
I’m not the only one who feels this if you’re an anime only watcher. The viewership this season has literally dropped all the way at the bottom. If their viewership ratings continue like this there’s no chance this show gets renewed. Story line and main character needs some major improving

If that merchant did what he did to Momonga or Sung Jun Woo, his company would evaporate.
Good episode, in my opinion. This showed makoto is still too naive, due to Tomoe and his followers doing everything for him. Hopefully, he learns from this and moves ahead.
I think makoto should no longer be a merchant to this kingdom’s people anymore if they are all just gonna look down on them
