From my point of view, she was just keeping fuutarou away from the other quintuplets as they are acting weird and nuts around him. She wants the status quo to return. I don't think that she is actually in love with Fuutarou.
While the ending needed refinement Yotsuba or Itsuki were the only correct choices in the end. Only two to care about Raiha. Ichika and Nino had like one sentence and Miku has nothing at all. Actually cared about Futaro's problems and life and weren't just attention seekers. Miku literally showed she basically knew nothing about him in Kyoto. Futaro lowered his defenses around them the most and wasn't such an ice block. But in the end Yotsuba was the only one who was able to make him happy so she edged out Itsuki.
