Fuuka was the best choice here or the shy "senpai". The shy senpai was receptive, had 0 pride like Natsukawa (and any other tsunderes for that matter), and Sajo was good for her, and Sajo developed his mentoring and people skills cos of her. Fuuka is just overall a good match that likes to live by the moment and goes toe-to-toe with Sajo.

As someone who have read the LN…. I could say that this is a half decent animation but if I have to be critical…this is why novels should be enjoyed as novels themselves and not as an anime adaptation….. The anime has altered scenes, inserted anime original scenes (the last fireworks ep), and the detailed narration of their feelings in the novel is not expressed more in the anime
