My favorite op of this season
I'm still struggling to make sense of this anime. Who the hell and for what purpose would anyone create robots that are identical to humans, except you can tamper with and/or backup their brains via USB connection? It would only make sense if they had been developed to serve as substitute bodies for people, so we would not die. Otherwise, it's completely stupid and pointless. The only useful thing I can see an actual AI is having an intelligence that's other than humans, as it's even more unlikely we'll ever make contact with intelligent aliens.
