透明感の中にも深みのある声と、心地よいメロディーが持ち味のシンガーソングライター。
2016年から愛知県にて弾き語りで活動をスタート。2018年に開催された日本コロムビア主催「半熟オーディション supported by Eggs」でグランプリを獲得。
2019年5月に自身初の全国流通盤である1st Mini Album『角部屋シティ』をリリース。
2021年10月にはTVアニメ『真の仲間じゃないと勇者のパーティーを追い出されたので、辺境でスローライフすることにしました』のオープニングテーマに「息を吸う ここで吸う 生きてく」が起用された。
11月には3rdミニアルバム『うつくしい日々』をリリースし、全国3箇所のワンマンツアーを開催。
12月には、「LINE NEWS AWARDS 2022」の「NEXT NEWS賞」を受賞した。
2023年1月から放送のTVアニメ「英雄王、武を極めるため転生す 〜そして、世界最強の見習い騎士♀〜」のエンディングテーマに「セルフハグ・ビッグラヴ」が決定。
更に、同じく2023年1月から放送のTVドラマ「来世ではちゃんとします3」のエンディングテーマに「会いたいな今夜」が決定するなど、ますます勢いを増している。
