4:51 — Anya actually never uses a first-person pronoun and always refers to herself as "Anya". It's just that the English translations cannot be consistent about it because of grammatical differences between Japanese and English.
6:31 — This image, and also the one at 7:02 are actually shown from Damian's point of view. It's how he sees Anya.
This is known among the SxF fans as "Damian's shoujo filter". Notice also his subjective memories of Anya's face in the episode 1×07.
