I love this anime 😍
I definitely had a few criticisms of the first season despite my enjoyment. I hope we get to learn more about the titular main characters in the present rather than constantly being in the past. Because we don't really know all that much about them.
So here's to hope that the second season can change up the formula a little bit. The Donghua could also definitely benefit from some form of overarching narrative or story.
