Hot take but I think Seox will go down in terms of tiers without a nerf. He IS good, its just that you can't play the match up the way you'd play against Gran.
You HAVE to be patient, every time Gamera was, he won. You NEED to play the kinda lame mid-range neutral cuz thats where Seox is the weakest.
You also need to stop pressing shot fullscreen cuz you WILL get skipped on.
