A. Its Gesicht's son. Gesicht Saw his son in Ali as both were robots with small structure and one arm (the boy was also probably abused like ali before Gesicht adopted him as it is hinted (the broken arm being the source of suspicion)). As Gesicht system malfunctioned during his last moments, he saw all the memories that were erased of his son.
Q. Did Adolf's Brother kill Gesicht's son and why did he do so?
A. Adolfs Brother really did kill Gesicht's son, as he was escaping with his broken parts in a bag. Adolf's brother was a piece of shit, who found sadistic pleasure on killing robot children for their robot parts. Adolf's brother found an easy way to make money by destroying robot children and selling their body parts, as the robot children could not fight back due to their small stature and the international robot laws. Gesicht found out about his son's death after his wife called and then he annihilated the mf. Pretty justified.
his death is only a purpose for atom's resurrection. See, the anime talk about Ai being so human that they can kill people. The robot that Tenma made woke up because it was given to him Goji's hate for the ones who made war to persia, a human's hate, the robot with 6 billion personality inside him woke up because of Goji's hate and become Abdullah. Atom was dead and tenma put inside him billions of generated personnality. Then tenma did the same thing but used Gesicht's memory to wake atom up, Gesicht has experimented so much human emotion as a robot that atom woke up, as a perfect Ai robot, better than Abdullah's hate
FUCK THIS SCENE MAN the roses scattered across the ground making it seem like he was bleeding like a real person would and for robots they pretty much have no faith or anything beyond their death so for Gesicht to act out of kindness asking if ali is okay like out of some form of paternal love when seeing the resemblance between ali and his kid and it was probably the most human thing in the show and when he was finally able to connect all the dots and figure it all out he didn’t get mad he wanted to leave it all and finally start being human BUT HE FUCKING DIES FUCK. At least Gesicht died without hate and was able to teach Atom about it with his memory chip.
Anybody else here also thinks Gesicht is an exact copy of Jack Bauer from 24h? Definitely on purpose not just bcs of looks but his whole plot is basically like a season of 24h and i loved it, i used to be a big fan of that show and i got some much nostalgia watching this anime
