Atom was made by Tenma and Uran was made by Ochanomizu and it shows. Though they were created as siblings, Tenma made a living weapon with perfect human likeness and intelligence. Ochanomizu made a pacifist who cold read emotions and focused on her own happiness, not copying or outdoing anyone.
The animation design reminds of "Monster". Great to see this kind of animation style back.
