I disagree with the results of this upscale but will upload it anyway in hopes of garnering this great film more attention, and hopefully sparking interest in an official remaster someday.
Chirin no Suzu (“Chirin’s Bell” in English, also dubbed “Ringing Bell”) is a 1978 film produced by Sanrio, the same company as Hello Kitty, Onegai My Melody, and Cinnamoroll. The film stars a cute lamb named Chirin who always wears a bell around his neck. The film is about the pointlessness of strength without something to protect and the meaninglessness of revenge.
