“Silver Spoon” No.1~3 Reminiscences of the main character. The story begins when he finds a silver spoon that he used to take herbal medicine when he was frail. Born into a wealthy former samurai family, he was sickly when he was young and was raised by his aunt who acted as his mother. The person of the aunt is told in 1 to 3. Her aunt is quite a unique character, and while she was a former samurai, she lent her too much money and became penniless, and she was indebted to the main character’s house. Such a kind aunt, she will always protect her main character.
『銀の匙』No.1～３あらすじ
主人公の回想。虚弱な幼い頃、漢方薬を飲むために使っていた銀の匙を見つけるところから物語はスタート。
元武士の裕福な家に産まれたが、幼い頃病弱で、母代わりの伯母さんに育てられる。その伯母さんの人となりが１～３で語られる。伯母さんは、かなりユニークなキャラで、元武士ながら、お金を貸し過ぎて無一文になり、主人公の家にお世話になっていた。
そんなやさしい伯母さんは、いつも主人公を守ってくれることになる。
“Silver Spoon” No.4-6 Synopsis
The main character, who sticks to her sweet aunt and doesn’t leave her, will first live in Kanda, Tokyo. Speaking of Kanda, in the Edo period, there were martial arts training camps and prisons, and today it was the place where the Ikeike people lived. Even after the dawn of the Meiji era, the effects remained, and the heroine, who was born sickly, clung more and more to her aunt. About her being born in Kanda, the main character says that “it was more inconvenient than a kappa” being hatched in the desert.
『銀の匙』No.４～６あらすじ
やさいい伯母さんにくっついて、離れない主人公は、最初東京の神田に住むことになる。神田と言えば、江戸時代、武芸の修練所や刑務所などがあって、今でいえばイケイケの面々が暮らすところだった。明けて明治になってもその影響が残り、産まれつき病弱な主人公は、ますます伯母さんにしがみついて離れなくなった。神田で産まれたことについて、主人公は“カッパが”砂漠で孵ったことより不都合であった”と言っている。
“Silver Spoon” No.7-9 synopsis Kanda’s wild life would not be possible without his aunt. She is the main character that you cannot leave, whether you are playing pretend at home or going out. 神田のWildな生活は、伯母さんなしではままならない。家の中でのごっこ遊びでも、外出先でも、離れることができない主人公。非難の容赦ない石が飛んでくる非情な土地柄で、伯母さんを無二の友として暮らしていた。けれども、母の治療と主人公の虚弱体質を治すため、小石川の高台へ引っ越すこととなった。
