Shinjiro and Rena are dating because in episode 12 of season 3 Rena talks to Hokuto , he asks Rena how Shinjiro is , Rena replies that he is fine he shows a photo on his cell phone tho Hokuto , when he saw the photo whe was very surprise , which leads to say that Shinjiro asked Rena dating !!!!! , I hope in sequel Rena explains to Hokuto how Shinjiro asked her to be his girlfriend !!!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤😁😁😁
