Good anime/manga but frankly I dislike it.
Stories that focus on tragic events to play on the readers emotions in order to gain interest aren't my cup of tea.
This scene reminds me of that news a few years back where some Japanese dude decides to pick up two high-school run-away girls and teach them real estate business and law at home. He cooks and provides sleep areas for them. The only thing he didn't want them to do is to leave before they know their real estate knowledge. He also allowed them to write letters to their family members as they wish.
The police charged him with false imprisonment. LOL!

Am I the only one who hated how hard she kept trying to seduce him? She was so effed up in the head at the start it made me sick. I’m glad he saved her but I DEFINITELY don’t ship them. Definitely just a protective older brother vibe.

Best thing of this show's early start is he can see past her fake smiles and laughs. She's a traumatized child who ran from her problems. Thankfully he is on the receiving end. He also needed someone like her in his life.
