I heard somewhere that Pandora's Actor understands Ainz better than any other person in Nazarik. He might even realise that Ainz is pretty much bullshitting his way through everything but simply doesn't mind it.
Pandora’s Actor’s loyalty is a different type than all of the other Nazarick npcs. While the other NPCs are loyal to the 41 and possibly their own creator more than Momonga, if they were to come back, Pandora’s Actor’s loyalty is specifically towards Momonga. Even if all of Nazarick were somehow turned against him, Pandora’s Actor wouldn’t hesitate to fight against all of them for Momonga.
