    Although it is so sad there is inaction for CXS's part, he has a character development for not trying to change the past this time.
    P.S.: CXS saying his POV shifted to the mother felt eerie… 😢😢😢 first time that something happened to his diving. I have a bad feeling about this.

    my guess for why he was looking through the mom’s eyes at the last moment of his dive was because he somehow activated the girl’s (red eyes) power and took control of the mom, and so when the controlling power ended he was unable to stay in the mom’s body and went back to the present.

    for how he activated red eyes’ power was probably from that photo in his hands (remember from earlier in the show, red eyes could control ppl if she had a photo of them)
