In Magia Record Side story, it shows How Mami can't handle the pain she was struggles when she dedicated became a magical girl even she knows the dark truths about magical girls, she became more hurtful, hopeless, overwhelmed by her emotions and lots of guilts although she shows how she puts tough facade she is, in Magia Record side story she described as more tragic figure like Homura and Sayaka does. "So Hopeless" she took the road to hell with GOOD intentions it's like she just shows how terrible/fragile person that she hides the most, I think it's because she thinks her "strong sense of justice" personality no one support her magical girl actions instead the other magical girls ultimately let her down until she finally met her friends and so on her friends losing their respects to her whatever Mami teaches them how to be a good role model magical girl they never gonna be the same as Mami did and after she knew the dark truths about a magical girl that’s what she finally shows her twisted personality that she had a lot of bottled up this whole time to everyone also I get it why she doing that because she just wants someone who can understand her own tragedy as a magical girl to everyone, she just needs a supports to her role actions as a magical girl but still the others confused to her motives instead they’re merely more aggressive to her turns even more to a very psychological damage, So she refused listen to anyone but she STILL cares about her friends that she always thought is a only family to her and it ends up on the wrong direction. (Damn Magia record… I kinda feel bad for her being treated like a villain to the others).
Mami is so selfless She really loves everyone especially her dear friends and her parents, She did this IS trying to save her friends whom she had ever met (Madoka,Sayaka,Homura and Kyoko) that she introduced to them into a magical girls like her from the horrible fate by joining the magius “becuase she's very desperate, hopeless and overwhelmed by her tragedy” she didn't have time to think or know what magius are planning up to the world not because she’s an “idiot person” as I said she’s just a vulnerable person who feels being rejected or too bear many responsibility on the reality, she thoughts the magius can save her friends from the horrible fate later she ended up being manipulated and they brainwashed her to accomplish their evil plans. So I'm OK with her, when humans ended up being desperate mostly they do irrational things. Even a kindhearted person like Mami can easily get more a heartbreaking character such a well-written character tho. (sorry if I bad in English AND again this is just my theory about her feelings) (P.S Remember Mami is not a “fallen angel or a villainous”, she’s just a heartbroken angel who directed her feelings to do right,good and fair to try her best to making the world a better place)

The pretentious hateful apathetic “artiste” is a staple of fourteen year old fan fiction writers who don’t think the world will ever “understand their VISION.” Homura was compelling and memorable and had a reason for her standoffish and pretentious behavior. Alina is an uppity little snot who clearly never heard enough criticism

アニメにもゲーム本編にも毎月やってるイベントストーリーにもあんまりアリナの普段（日常？）の部分って出てこないんだけど、ゲームのガチャで手元に来たときにはそこそこ普段アリナが考えてることとか言ってくれるから気になる人は狙ってみては
