I think the only thing I really disagree with you on is Witch From Mercury. I was hype af from the prologue, and honestly, overall, it just didn't live up to that for me. Still good, just not amazing. I've recently finally got around to watching s1 of Vinland Saga, super stoked for s2, but I'm gonna take a bit of a break for a few days and watch something trashy in the meantime.
Ya gotta watch the English dub of The Legendary Hero is Dead. The English cast did a fantastic job and definitely seemed to be enjoying the hell out of it, "ya naaaasty"! Also, yes, the OP for it is an absolute banger, one of the few series where I would let the OP play in full every single time.
Super disagree on the "the worst an anime can do is make you feel nothing" take; a terrible anime can make you feel irritation every time you recall it for years to come, ruining your mood and wasting time pondering how bad it was. The worst a "meh, utterly forgettable" anime does is waste the time you sat down to watch it, but thereafter it has no more downsides, having been forgotten
Someone give me every Isekai anime lists for 2023 and reincarnation ones, I wanna watch'em all!

Whenever someone talks about the writer's strike in Hollywood I silently chuckle and rejoice that I am an anime fan in 2023.
Besides maybe 5? Shows, I agreed 100% even had the same thoughts on them. I watched all the shows but dropped the cute cat show, the idol cgi show, megumin show, the show wkth the purple haired fiel and pink shirt (thumbnail) but even then some of those I finished I would not recommend or watch a season 2.

should i start reading Hell's Paradise manga?? I cringed at first with the anime adaptation. Gabimaru going lengths to meet his "wife" like broooo. But the latest episode adding crumbs that Gabimaru might just be under an illusion pretty sold me. So is it worth reading??
In a world of full series bingable tv and vtubers, Vinland saga pulls me back week after week to see the new episode as soon as it airs, and that’s testament enough
Insomniacs after school was the nice relaxing vibe I needed this season. Really gives a tranquil feeling with some nice bit of romcom element.

I just watxhed all of oshino ko last night and it was sooooo good

after 3 episode's of Raeliana, I went and read the entire story. I was surprisingly hooked and the story just got better and better. The stakes keep going up and while it is a romance, there is so much plot and depth to everything it was great.
