This series had potential. A realist MC. No harem despite the repeated opportunity to do that. Cool tactics. Unfortunately, a problem occurs as the series progress which killed it. Namely, the scenarios get waay more difficult, which result in the otherwise smart villains suddenly acting stupid to make the MC seem smarter in comparison. (The most noticeable example being when a Minister blindly believes MCs threat about yellow dye)
Any LN enjoyers out there? One thing I've noticed is that Ninym's "assets" get progressively larger on every new cover art lol. Is that mentioned anywhere in the later volumes of the story? It's mostly interesting because her size or lack of them is mentioned in the plot as one of her sore spots. Even in the above clip she's getting jealous of the princess. I'm curious if that's no longer something that happens later.
