I saved this song years ago, and this brings me back to memories of playing Metal Gear Solid when I was 21 years old. I was married back then and used to play it on the very-very first old playstation. I never played metal gear rising or any of the subsequent metal gear franchise games. Just the old, original one. Was friggen brilliant. By the way I am not a playstation gamer whatsoever. I only ever played the old playstation and when they released playstation 2, I could not adapt as I sucked at using my thumbs to play with the controls. On the old playstation I used to play Tony Hawk, Metal Gear Solid, Crash Bandicoot, Pandemonium, Crash Team Racing, Medal of Honor, Alone in the dark, Silent Hill, Croc: Legend of the Gobbos, Gran Turismo 1, and 2, MediEvil, Moto Racer, Primal Rage, V Rally, Resident Evil Biohazard, (I was about to say Ridge Racer, but realised I played that in the arcade), Spider Man, (played Tekken, Mortal Kombat in the arcade.Time Crisis 1 and 2 played in the arcade too), Spec Ops (played 3 : covert assault, ranger elite and looks like I played 4, stealth patrol and ranger elite- friggen loved them!) Also played Metal Slug at the arcade, and the other game that is similar like Tekken. Either way…oh, snowboarders or something I played. Hard game that and also Spyro the dragon. So after playstation, I became part of the PC master race 😛 Some of the earliest PC games I played on Windows 95 was Doom, Wolfenstein, Duke Nukem and a year or so afterwards, it was Abe's Oddysee. That friggen game messed with my mind and was terrying lol… getting caught was literally the end of the game and you start everything from almost the start. There were points you saved, but that was one of the few games that was friggen hard to play. Not easy at all. At the arcade I was obsessed with playing Time Crisis to the end with one coin only. I practiced months and months and eventually did it and had a whole team of people stand behind me and clapped when I completed it. FOr people in my old country…women DID NOT play games haha! Oh! How the world changed lmao. To think at 42 years of age, I would have outgrown playing games lol! NEVER! I was very lucky to see the dude who played the voice for Solid Snake here in London many years ago. I was over the moon!
