在如同現代武林的地下賽車界中，賽車手小樂（瘦子E.SO 飾演）因一場意外而自暴自棄，直到在一場車禍中遇見了女醫生慧慧（ELLA陳嘉樺 飾演）因而轉念成為了救護車司機，誓言要「用速度救人」。
「速度可以殺人，也可以救人。」
暗夜裡一名神出鬼沒的賽車手忽然現蹤，地下賽車界頓時風聲鶴唳，誰也不願在追求速度的同時，看見後照鏡裡的黑色魅影。然而這名賽車手悄悄的在筆記本裡，寫上小樂的名字。他所追求的，是一場沒有遺憾的比賽……
An ambulance and a mysterious sports car called “Hellcat” engage in a fierce battle from the harbor to the mountain roads, all the way to the highway.
Driving the ambulance is Xiao Le. He used to be a top racing driver. Xiao Le accidentally caused the death of his brother, Ah Jie”, in a race and fell into despair. Until he meets the female doctor Hui Hui and decides to become an ambulance driver, vowing to “save lives with speed.” However, the owner of a mysterious sports car called “Hellcat” suddenly appears, holding a list of names, and the challenged racers will inevitably meet their doom…
