  1. This anime to me was a alternate universe to Future Diary the plot was similar the characters was revealed tho and the ending was funny predictable but funny

  2. I thought Nesse was going to turn out to be god or that Muni was just lying to the professor so that she could watch the world fall to chaos.

  3. SPOILER WARNING:

The ending in this anime was philosophically so interesting, if no one is alive, no one can feel unhappy or want to kill themselves, also if life is finite then every moment counts. It forces everyone to make the most of it in the time given.

But holy shit, emotionally and on a human level, the worst possible outcome.
Giving a suicidal kid the power of God would be against everything Humans represent. We are the only animal on this planet who want to continually overcome themselves, improve and grow through experience and connection with others. On the way, many will feel unimaginable despair and loneliness while few maybe non will really have everything they want all the time and maybe if Humanity was to evolve forever, we may become God ourselves and all further striving becomes meaningless, but the point is not the destination but the path we travel on with whomever we chose or not chose to be together. God prematurely ending it all is the biggest finger to all of life that could possibly happen. Mirai Kakehashi becoming God would probably not have been a literal paradise but he would have steered humanity in the direction of true eternal love and happiness for as many people as possible. in the end such a waste but plausible I guess.

  4. That's what the Professor wanted to do, too. To prevent God from existing. Actually, indirectly the same thing happened. Strange.

  5. I think the message of this series has come out quite good. Even if you at first think no one would care whether you live or die, your death still leaves an impact to the people around you.

  6. "I turn around for a second and God killed himself"

I loved this anime, 10/10 need more like it!

  8. This is a great way to exalt genocide, human life has no meaning, everything is pointless and there is no purpose. So there are no actual good and evil everything that a stimulation. So genocide is neutral like everything else. Find God people, not fabricated ones like this show.

  9. Moral of the story:
This story wasn’t even worth continuing existing.

  10. This is blasphemy and very wrong to hold God to such a low standard. Do not compare God to anything portrayed in this show. Repent and believe in Him and He will forgive your sins and save your soul 😊

  11. They literally picked suicidal and homicidal teenagers for this instead of just the ones who did the good things lmao

  12. Kinda pathetic, i could have played video games and eat for all eternity 😂

  13. it pisses me off that they gave Shuji, the LESS SUITABLE CANDIDATE to be a god, like, think about it this way, to give him the god power, they really didn’t gave a flying fuck about anyone but themselves

  14. Fun fact: Shuji Nakaumi has same VA as Deku from My Hero Academia and Narancia from Jojo Part 5

  15. He was japenese emoa nd proudly suicidal what did you expect???

  16. Man that angel girl when MC said "he could die" she proceeded to get things done for lmao

  17. Im ashamed to admit i laughed at this 💀 turned her back for 1 second and bro offs himself… like whattt? 😭😭
