Double Decker Doug & Kirill is a buddy cop anime, with a comedy level only topped by how much detail is in every scene. Seriously, its worth a watch just for how gorgeous of a show it is. On point sound, voice acting, dialogue: so far it has everything and then some, and if it keeps all those up past this first look, it’s sure to top some lists.
