Every time I have leftover of my homemade yogurt ,I make ricotta cheese ,
this time I called my sister and she explained it to me Something I didn’t know about ,
if you boil it more it’s gonna come out more crumbled, if it’s boiled last it’s gonna be more creamy ,
so I did it crumble so I can use it for my Zelnik ( pita )
I made 1 gallon of milk to make the yogurt ,and with all of that I made the ricotta cheese ,
and this is the amount I got
