We start the chapter with the empty demon king seat described as the 13th seat for the crown. We take the story several 100 years back as the attendant look for Delkira as he been missing for 13 days and haven’t come back to do his duty we see poro being impatient about the 13 dinner from the lack of Delkira. Then came in Sullivan who is a mess and told them that Delkira will not be attending for a while and to protect his seat while he is gone. We then skip back to the present where amaymon saying that Baal is being too disrespectful and ask do he think that the proposal will actually go through. Baal responds that it’s weirder to not use a vacated seat. While the Zebubra agree whole heartedly Bachiko weren’t so sure until Baal came out of the left and recommended Bachiko to take the seat which pisses Zebubra off.
Belial came in and say they can’t really decide these thing here and to wait until the next 13 dinner. But then Baal casted a magic spell and started a whole speech about how they should decided now since so many powerful demon are here and it about the future of the demon world. Then saying they holding onto the demon kind too much and that Delkira had disappeared. He say he won’t come back straight to Sullivan’s face while Sullivan try to say something he ask did he say he was going to be back and that maybe Sullivan is only holding onto the hope that he will. While the other are shaken at the sudden chance and kind of excited about the chance they fail to realize the danger that about to come as the floors shake a huge behemolt came crushing in. On that day the demon world is shaken.
