In what world is a 1976 common going for $12,000? Furthermore, what kind of person would pay that? Wouldn't you rather own a T206 Lajoie – one of the greatest hitters in baseball history – for the same money?

Just gonna add that Lajoie should be pronounced “lah jwah”… rhymes with “foie gras”, if that helps. What’s more, I really like the old SGC slabs; I don’t have that kind of $ to spend on cards, but if I did, I’d definitely take that Ryan RC at $40k w/ $60k left over than spend $100k on a PSA 9… thanks for another enjoyable vid! 💪🏼🔥

I recently acquired a 2003 Topps Finest Basketball Hobby box (Lebron!!). The box is not sealed, but each of the 3 mini boxes are still sealed. Is there a way to authenticate it? Thoughts on best way to sell it?
That Mahomes is nice but it isn't actually a 11. The standard card was probably numbered to 99 and this would have been a card Panini kept in case they had to replace for a damaged one. Once they decide that they held it long enough that and they don't think they will have to replace any they stamp it as a white box 11 and give it to a customer, usually in the place of several unfulfilled redemption cards.
