ディネーズ聖王国に属する都市、テラネ。
一攫千金を狙う冒険者に目端が利く商人、歌い踊る吟遊詩人、貴族に神官、獣人族……。
職業と人種のるつぼ、都市そのものがまるで迷宮であるかのようなその街を人は”迷宮都市”と呼んでいた。冒険者パーティー【武芸百般】を追い出され、恋人にも騙され失意の軽戦士ニックもまた、この街の住人だった。全てに嫌気がさして立ち寄った酒場。不味い飯、周りの楽しげな冒険者たち、相席のパッとしない連中……。うんざりする一切合切を、叩きつけるようにぬるい酒で流し込む……！
