■ストーリー
かつて、ウルトラマンが倒れた「あの戦い」。
それを「悪夢」に見た進次郎（ULTRAMAN）は、しだいに、自分の《力》が抑えられなくなり、制御できなくなってきていることに気づく。
その力が暴走し、街を破壊し、人々を傷つけるとき、ウルトラマンは「人類の災厄」と呼ばれ、糾弾される存在となる…。
変身を封じられ、追われる身となった進次郎に対し、科特隊は非情の命令を下す。「科特隊、ウルトラマン（進次郎）を捕縛せよ！」
大切なものを失い、孤独の中を逃走する進次郎を待ち受ける運命の嵐！
その混乱の影で、暗躍する最凶の異星人軍団！
光を継ぐ者たちが次々に葬られていくなか、進次郎に《更なる覚醒》の時が迫る。

■Story
Long ago, “the battle” spelled the end for Ultraman.
Shinjiro (ULTRAMAN) who saw the scene play out in a nightmare begins to realize he can no longer keep his abilities under control and struggles to contain them.
His power is unleashed beyond his control, the city is destroyed, and people are hurt. Society begins to call Ultraman a “disaster of mankind” and the hero becomes a target for condemnation.
Unable to transform and on the run, the SSSP issues a chilling order. “All SSSP members are to bring Ultraman (Shinjiro) under arrest!”
Shinjiro, alone and having lost everything, finds himself in the middle of a maelstrom of fate!
In the shadows of the confusion, an ominous alien force moves in secret!
As the heroes who inherited the light are buried behind the scenes, a time of “new awakening” comes to Shinjiro.
Will the awakening herald good news for humanity, or signal its’ downfall?
And Shinjiro stands face-to-face with a fateful enemy?!
The answers to all the mysteries can be found in “the battle” where Ultraman perished years ago…

If the last season is anything to go by, this teaser has all the action in the entire run. The action was so painfully lacking during the second season.

そして前情報通りウルトラシリーズの射撃の名手隊員の元祖であり、科特隊一のガンナー…アラシ隊員に射撃させるシーン用意するとは…製作陣分かってらっしゃる…。🤔

「そんなに人間が好きになったのか…ウルトラマン」のオマージュまで令和の時代に聞けるとか最高かよ
もうこれは「ウルトラマンの息子」として覚醒してよく知るあの初代変身音と初代戦闘BGMが流れて巨大ヒーローとしてのウルトラマンの息子が登場する流れ
うーんやっぱ巨人化して欲しい…
一瞬で良いから最後の最後で光の巨人になって欲しい…
でもこれスピンオフ作品の映画なのよね…
エースの変身がよく出来てるだけでも感謝しなきゃな…

Zetton will always find a way to be there at the end. I remember starting this series and not knowing what a Zetton even was. Now I'm fully aware of how important our space dinosaur is to the entire mythos and why it keeps coming back.
It's interesting they are using Marie as a suit but frankly, a part of me wish they simply made this version be Yuko Minami (since they aren't going for the "mother of ultra" thing) rather than who she end up being (avoiding manga spoilers even if I believe this part's been out for a while)
My body and soul is ready for this!

我、ゼットン大好き。
でもこのゼットンはデザインもっといじっても良かったのでは？
ベムラーみたいなスリムでジャキジャキなデザインで巨大にしても良かったのでは？
と、第一印象で感じた。
しかし察するところシリーズの根幹的に初代ウルトラマンが大事な要素になってるみたいだし、
原典に近い造形にすることで「乗り越えるべき因縁の象徴」としてデザインされてるんでしょうね………
………良いことですね！
