While everyone’s surprised about Eve remembering her family and what that means for her and Aoi, I’m more surprised that Eve’s mom is named Eleanore Burton. Her first name being Elenore Baker’s and her surname being Margaret Burton’s – both characters from Madlax! Yōsuke Kuroda you MadLad!

I had a feeling they were going to be sisters. But I was thinking, "What if they were sisters from the same mom? But nah. That wouldn't make sense because the both of them are the same age and Seira doesn't know Eve. So saying they are twins form Seira is out of the question. The most logical choice is they are sister from their dad." Also, I'm glad they didn't kiss. That would be awkward like with Luke and Leia from Star Wars. It's also weird that they are going by their mom's last name. I'm going to pretend that it's so their dad can go mess with other girls without letting their moms know that their dad is cheating on their moms.
I can't believe Eve and Aoi are sisters when they had their same father who died long ago. Also, this doubles tournament is not over yet. I would be absolutely livid if Eve and Aoi forfeit the finals just because of that revelation.
Okay, they have the same dad, but… why is it that Eve actually looks more like Aoi’s mom and Aoi looks more like Eve’s mom?! Were they swapped at birth or something?!
Also, now that I think of it, why were their caddies so surprised that Eve’s shot had a backspin on it?
She was CLEARLY using a wedge! Of course it would have a backspin on it! A wedge shot will always have some degree of backspin to it unless you purposely put a topspin on it or else completely screw up your shot!
Wedges have the most loft of any club, meaning they produce the highest trajectory. A backspin is kind of a natural side effect of that element.
One normally wouldn’t use a wedge for a full swing, but since Aoi missed her shot due to her condition, Eve probably didn’t have a choice. Considering the distance one normally gets with a wedge, she must’ve been pretty far back still… at least 70yds I’d wager. It looked like she was using a pitching wedge to me, so she was probably closer to 90 to 100yds back.

This episode was bad they hype their opponents up so much last season and you couldn’t even tell that eve and Aoi was facing them this episodes and they lost with no plot to it at all it was simply an easy match.
This anime put to much focus on the main two and not their opponents. They will just win every match now 2 episodes ended the same way so far
