yeah this episode was really emotional!
i think about a year passed? the time progression isn't quite clear but they said last spring yaguchi and his senpai talked, he joined the art club, then the 5 hour a day art assignments was over the summer vacation, then there was the senpai's selection into the university in the winter, before finally the graduation, in spring or early summer
i actually read this in the manga and man its great. the mangaka for this definetly went to art school and studied what to do in his manga idk if u have watch it but this is kinda like march comes in a lion without shogi in it!
