No legal streaming site is going to have it because Funimation lost the rights to the series. Given that TMS has been streaming Lupin themselves they might do it for TWCFM at some later date, who knows. I don’t use illegal sites so I can’t help with that, but I’m sure with some decent google searching you can find it.
