    Something that I liked about this adaptation is that the studio took their time to create the episodes to adapt the novels, 20 episodes for two volumes of the light novel seems very good, compared to other anime that rush everything, the ASMR is fantastic at key points of the action, and they know where to end the chapter to leave the viewers in suspense.

    Of course it has its flaws like for example, the explanation of the Slime, go more in depth about the magic as he did in the novel when he experimented with Alpha and cured her (that's why his magic reserves are so big), also make a little clearer about Diabolos, The Cult, the Church and the Possession since I see people who are lost with that, and put a little of the backstory of some characters like Epsilon, that could have been adapted in 24 episodes, and the most important "The Mask".

    It would have been great if they put in more of Cid's inner thoughts.

    I'm still looking forward to a second season

    iris character is literally a joke, i hate when she blame shadow and shadow garden for anything that diabolos cult did, she don't even believe that diabolos cult is exist, she think all of this chaos is just part of shadow and shadow garden grand scheme.

    Cid will doubt Iris’s very move and defeat her. Then eventually fight both her and Beatrix. Cid will make another grand entrance as Shadow. That the fight between Shadow vs Iris and Beatrix will be even more epic. Can’t wait to see that fight
