I guess somebody has been watching the first episode of Full Metal Panic Fumoffu. He doesn't even need to throw a punch to give the baddies a scare.
Even then, Hydrochloric Acid (if true) is something not to be trifled with. Even a small bottle's amount is enough to give someone one hell of a burn once splashed.

Out of all the episodes, 😕 this one is the absolute worst. 😔 I can already tell that Season 3 isn't going to be enjoyable at all after everything that happened here.
I'm shocked I'm the only one who's mentioned shikijou in this entire comment section. The entire series he was a sweetheart, my favorite character even. Then they had him strap up with the imported tazer. Find me a single scene in the anime that shikijou looks evil besides on this episode, and I'll be shocked that I missed it. I'm all for Kanade's character development, but there was no reason for shikijou to be punished for it. He shares the same problems with wanting to be normal, but doesn't have the friends that Kanade has. Instead of doing anything, they make shikijou pointlessly evil. And they give him a massive sob story where his parents beat him every day, and they don't even bother mentioning it. Not to mention that Kanade has been fooling him for the duration of the series, and only when things have gone too far does she confess. I was wondering why shikijou didn't get a single frame in the opening, but I guess it's because they made him a grapest randomly. He's not even listed as a character on the fandom. Like bruh you threw a top tier character away like garbage, what a dumpster fire of a last episode, I don't even mind the love triangle, I think it'll be funny in season 3, but it would be funnier if they had shikijou in the experiments trying to pathetically win back Kanade, but no, we needed that drama for the last episode, thanks writers, very cool

After all that drama with Yukimura hugging Kanade in season 1, Himuro suddenly did a 180 and just pretended it didn't happen. So much for this series…
