เรื่องย่อ… รูโกะ ที่เพิ่งย้ายโรงเรียนยังไม่มีเพื่อน พี่ชายได้ให้ชุดเริ่มของการ์ด WIXOSS ให้ และเธอพบว่าการ์ดนั้นเคลื่อนไหวได้ วันต่อมา เธอได้แข่งการ์ดกับนักเรียนหญิงอีกคนหนึ่งและทราบเรื่องของ Selector ที่สามารถสื่อสารกับการ์ดเหล่านี้ได้ และมีการแข่งขันเพื่อที่จะให้ความปรารถนาเป็นจริง ถ้าชนะพวก Selector ด้วยกันจำนวนหนึ่ง จะทำให้พวกเธอกลายเป็น Eternal Girl ได้ และความปรารถนาจะกลายเป็นจริง ถ้าแพ้ 3 ครั้งจะทำให้หมดสิทธิ์ที่จะติดต่อกับพวกการ์ดอีกและไม่สามารถสมปรารถนาได้อีก แต่มีสิ่งที่พวกการ์ด LRIG ไม่อธิบายกฏเพิ่มเติมไว้เช่นกัน
