   For anyone wondering, the fact Ishin struggled to fight against White is a HUGE feat. Remember, Ishin fought an Evolved Aizen with the Hogyoku fused with him to a decent degree. The same Aizen that previously wiped the floor with the 13 court guards. There is little reason Ishin would've got any stronger between then and now given his powers were sealed for so long, so this is pretty much an even comparison.
   in short, White = Early evolution Aizen (as a rough estimate)
